Elangata Olerai Luxury Camp is an echo friendly camp, located at the border of Masai Mara National Reserve. Elangata Olerai Luxury Camp is situated at the border of Masai Mara about ten minutes from the Ololaimutiek Gate. The camp is 10 kilometers East of Ololaimutiek Gate.

The Maasai Mara National Reserve Ecosystem supports in excess of over 4 Million animals and birds making it one of the largest and most important wildlife sanctuaries in Africa.

Every care has been taken in the design and construction of Elangata Olerai Luxury Tented Camp to ensure that the highest standards of sustainability and environmental sensitivity are applied.
Accomodation – The camp boasts of 10 luxurious tents, 5 tents have 2 double beds each, well done with the African wood to suit with the surroundings and 5 other tents are all randeville shape with double 6X6 honeymooners Swahili beds. The beds are done in a Swahili Style to suit the netting of the bed. Each of the ten tents are set apart and linked by a paved walkway that winds through the unaltered local habitat. Each suite has a spacious en-suite bathroom with showers, and a private veranda which is ideal for relaxing and absorbing the sounds of the Mara.

Dining – The meals are served in the Dining Tent while viewing wildlife at your leisure.

Activities – On offer is a unique concept in community guiding that offers the expertise of local community members to introduce you to landscapes that they intimately understand. There is also game viewing, photographic or bird watching safaris, the world famous Maasai Mara Balloon Safaris, Cultural safari’s as well as taking guided Nature walks.
